Franklin Homes is a full service manufacturing company. That means we design, assemble, deliver, and then service after the sale, all the homes we build. We deliver homes to dealers in 15 southern states. We provide factory service to our home buyers through service technicians that we send from the factory. Franklin Homes produced our first home in May of 1969. Since that time we have produced thousands of high style, high quality homes.Franklin Homes has been under the same management since the beginning in 1969. We began our production in a small building covering 40,000 square feet. Our offices at that time, were in an old stone house.
