Beracah Homes, Inc. is a WHOLESALE manufacturer of the highest quality, off-site, stick-built homes. We provide our product to the retail customer through a network of quality builders who finish our homes in the field and can deliver turn-key packages priced to fit your budget. Beracah Homes, Inc. was started in the fall of 2002. The purpose of the venture was to fill a void left by the modular home company Nanticoke Homes, Inc. Nanticoke Homes went bankrupt in the spring of 2002 and left many without jobs. In addition, there was no local modular home construction manufacturer on Delmarva. Beracah Homes, Inc. purchased the property on February 28, 2003.
